At Marbily, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Marbily account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
